Yes, you can cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Standard sessions are 20 minutes long.

Sessions are conducted through our integrated video platform. You'll need a stable internet connection, a webcam, and a microphone. No additional software installation is required.

Your learner dashboard displays your completed sessions, hours practiced, and language proficiency improvements. You can also view feedback from speakers after each session.
